That means eating food that is rich in vitamins and other nutrients – and this shouldn’t be guess work. Why not include some of the green foods below, which have extraordinary healing powers?

Rich in polyene anti-oxidant falcarinol, carrots have the awesome power to destroy pre-cancerous cells in humans. A rich source of pantothenic acid, manganese, beta-carotene, dietary fiber, vitamins (B6, K, C) and copper, carrots also help with growth. Additionally, they fight against various cancers, such as lung, skin and oral cavity cancers. Eaten cooked or raw, carrots are a must-eat item in our daily intake.
Kale is a highly nutritious vegetable that has the strength to support our body’s detoxification system. It not only lowers the risk of contracting cancer, but is also very helpful in lowering cholesterol levels. The guava is a sweet, tropical fruit, ideal for aiding with weight loss. Guava helps with constipation, effectively prevents cancer and heart disease, and prevents skin problems.
