Andrea Roussel had never known what it was like to not be completely bald. In fact, putting on a wig was as much a part of her routine as putting on her shoes before she left the house. Andrea Moore, née Roussel, was born in Somerset, Massachusetts, in the early ’80s. And from the outside, she was a happy and healthy baby. When she was two, though, something unusual started to happen: her hair began to fall out in clumps. By age four, moreover, she had no hair left.
