14. Owen Wilson and Wes Anderson

Owen Wilson and Wes Anderson first met at the University of Texas in 1989, where the aspiring actor and the budding filmmaker were both taking English. And when they were assigned to work on a script assignment together, it was the start of one of Hollywood’s most productive bromances. Interestingly, the pair’s apartment-sharing debacles even inspired their 1996 comedy Bottle Rocket. It’s unknown, though, just how much their antics have inspired the six more films they’ve since worked on together.

13. John Krasinski and B.J. Novak

John Krasinski and B.J. Novak actually shared a football field long before they shared a workspace in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Indeed, not only did the two future actors both go to Newton South High School in Massachusetts, but they both also played in the same Little League team as 12-year-olds. The pair met again years later at a casting call for The Office and immediately picked up where they’d left off.
