Actor Keanu Reeves doesn’t have a good track record with public transport. In 1994’s Speed, he played an action hero aboard a bus doomed to explode if it dropped below 50 miles per hour. And many years later, he would have another mishap involving transportation, albeit a much less serious one. His plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Bakersfield, stranding all the passengers. So he decided to make the best of a bad situation.

Keanu Reeves has been the star of many big movies and famous franchises. As well as Speed, he was in Point Break, the Bill & Ted series, the Matrix series, The Day the Earth Stood Still and the John Wick series. Usually, he plays heroic characters destined to be saviors.

And Reeves’ star doesn’t seem like it’ll dim any time soon. He has more big projects on the way. John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum is due to be released in May 2019, and Bill & Ted Face the Music has begun production for a 2020 release date. Plus he’ll be doing a voice for Toy Story 4, also scheduled for release in 2019.
