It’s spring in Clark County, Nevada, and professional golfer Erica Blasberg is preparing to leave for her next big tournament. Yet although she packs her bags, she will never make it out of the door. Then, later on, Erica’s doctor discovers her lifeless body. But did he interfere with other evidence that could reveal the truth about her death?
Born on July 14, 1984, Erica Blasberg grew up in Corona, a city some 50 miles outside Los Angeles. Her father, Mel, had played golf in high school, and he soon passed on his passion for the game to his young daughter. So, before she had even reached her teens, Erica was already building a name for herself in the sport.
After being pursued by a number of major golf schools, Erica eventually began attending the University of Arizona in 2002. There, she went from one success to another, winning both player and freshman of the year accolades – and getting her face on Golfweek magazine’s cover.
