Everyone remembers the iconic image of Ursula Andress swaggering out the sea, wearing nothing but a skimpy bikini and a knife in the James Bond Movie, Dr No. Since then many of us have imagined what life would be like on such an island – in more ways than one – and some are lucky enough to be living the dream.
