The world was shocked when legendary crooner Frank Sinatra passed away from a heart attack in Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 1998. But his fourth wife Barbara Marx was at his side in those final moments. And a few years after his death she decided to tell the world about her husband’s extremely moving final words.
We’ll return to what Frank’s last words were later, but let’s first learn a bit more about the man himself. Born in December 1915 in Hoboken, New Jersey, he had to be delivered by forceps due to his large weight. However, this ruptured one of Frank’s eardrums and left permanent scars on his face and neck – later precluding him from army service during World War II.
