Sylvester Stallone’s Girls Are All Grown Up Now, And All Three Of Them Are Knockout Gorgeous

If you keep up with celebrity news, you might have seen pictures of Sylvester Stallone accompanied by three beautiful young women on the red carpet. Who are they? Well, they’re the three daughters he has with his current wife, model Jennifer Flavin, and they’re set to be huge.

The eldest Stallone daughter is Sophia Rose Stallone, who was born in 1996. Sophia was Stallone’s first daughter, although by this stage he had already fathered two sons – Sage and Seargeoh – with his first wife Sasha Czack.

Sistine, who arrived in 1998, is Stallone’s second daughter. Her middle name is Rose, too, just like both of her sisters. It’s a pretty unusual choice to give three kids the same middle name, but Stallone has said that it stops them fighting. In 2006 People also quoted him as saying, “Rose is a great name, you can’t knock it.” And who are we to argue?

Completing the trio is Scarlet, the baby of the family. She was born in May 2002 and, just like her sisters, in Los Angeles. Stallone’s career was in the middle of a major downturn when his youngest daughter arrived, but perhaps her presence helped cheer him up during those difficult years.

So, three girls with none other than Rocky Balboa as their father. How could they possibly expect to live normal lives? Well, Stallone was actually a much better father than some of his machismo-drenched movies would have you believe. He was, however, a bit of an unorthodox one.

“Sly started them boxing when they were four,” mom Flavin told The Telegraph in 2016. “Every day before school they would have to box, throw a baseball or do push-ups and sit-ups – and I mean the real ‘boy’ kind.” As it turns out, there was a good reason behind this tough father/daughter training routine, though.

“From when we were little, he taught all three of us how to be strong and defend ourselves,” Sistine added to the British newspaper. “So if ever there was a bully at school he would say, ‘Just swing. Show them what I taught you.’ And trust me, it paid off.”

So, spurred on by their famous and forward-thinking father, the three girls grew up more than able to defend themselves and also definitely capable of fighting any sexism. “We’re not just about shopping: we can throw a punch, we can pitch and we can run faster than a boy,” Sistine continued. Now that’s the Rocky spirit.

Stallone had another ulterior motive for teaching his girls self-defence, too. Eventually, after all, they would be old enough to date. “I would love them to be able to smack a guy right off a bar stool,” he said in 2006, according to People. “I would feel very confident in them going out at night if they could take all the guys in the neighborhood.”

However, the girls have insisted that, despite rumors to the contrary, their dad doesn’t actually have a problem with them dating. Sophia, for one, has brought boyfriends to the family home – and though they were intimidated by her father, they weren’t scared off.

Let’s face it, it would be really hard to stop any of the Stallone girls from going on dates. As they got older, it became obvious that they all took after their model mother when it came to good looks, and that they all knew how to work a red carpet, too.

However, they weren’t without hardship in their otherwise glamorous lives. Sophia was born with a hole in her heart and has had to undergo surgery throughout her life. And the young beauty actually had to undergo an operation in 2012 – just months after Sage Stallone, Sylvester’s son and the girls’ half-brother, passed away from a heart attack aged just 36.

Yet despite these troubles and tragedies, the Stallone girls have thrived. And while they could have simply lived out their teenage years as spoilt celebrity children, instead they have decided to pursue their own paths.

Sophia, for example, is currently studying communications at the University of Southern California. Sistine, on the other hand, has decided to follow in her mother’s footsteps. Yes, at 18 years old she’s already a model – and a sought-after one at that.

In fact, the media have named Sistine an up-and-coming “It Girl,” and the tabloids can’t get enough of her posing with her famous parents at Hollywood events. She’s also got over 137,000 followers on Instagram, which is no small achievement.

Scarlet, meanwhile, is only 13 – and so too young to have really carved out a path for herself yet. She does, however, seem to have just as much internet-conquering ability as her sisters. When she got herself an Instagram and filled it up with cute shots of her idyllic mansion-house lifestyle, for example, she had over 96,000 followers before long.

The three siblings are so comfortable in front of the camera, in fact, that it’s got everyone talking about the possibility of their own reality TV show. And certainly the concept – one aging action star and his beautiful, all-female family – is a good one.

But the Stallone women may simply be too down-to-earth for any of that. Sure, they’re all pretty, but they’re also all sensible and drama-free. And although the Stallones haven’t always avoided controversy – after Sage’s death there were some nasty words from Sylvester’s nephew – the three girls themselves have never had even a minor scandal.

And their relationship with their father remains as strong as ever, too. “For so long all these people kept saying to us, ‘Aren’t you freaking out? Your father is Rocky!’” Sophia told The Telegraph. “But to us, he’s always just been Dad: an ordinary guy and an ordinary dad.”

It’s anyone’s guess where Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet will go next, but with their parents so accomplished and their dad so famous, the world is thoroughly at their feet. And so we’ll almost certainly be seeing a lot more of them over the next few years…
