A Peek Inside Adele’s $9.5 Million Beverly Hills Mansion Proves It’s A Home Fit For A Diva

Word on the street was that beloved English singer Adele was looking for a house stateside. And it turned out that she’d bagged a prime piece of real estate in Beverly Hills. So let’s take a tour of the luxurious $9.5 million mansion this diva now calls home.

Located in the ultra-exclusive Hidden Valley neighborhood, this swanky pad has a long line of prestigious owners behind it. Prior to the “Hello” crooner’s purchase, for example, the property was owned by event producer Don Mische. He handed it over in 2016 for a cool $9.5 million.

Certainly, the home is a very long way from the life Adele once knew – both literally and figuratively. Born in London’s Tottenham district, the chanteuse spent her early years living in a run-down, two-story house. Indeed, it seems unlikely that the young singer ever thought she’d own a property like this.

But hard work and amazing talent eventually paid off, and Adele is now one of the world’s most popular singers. To date, the star’s three studio albums have collectively sold 100 million. What’s more, her estimated net worth stands at a staggering $125 million.

Besides her immense wealth, Adele has racked up an impressive collection of awards. Since her 2009 debut 19, she’s earned 15 Grammys, including Album of the Year for both 21 and 25. In addition, she even won an Oscar for her stirring theme to the 2012 James Bond film Skyfall.

What’s more, her new home seems the perfect place for Adele to show off her generous assortment of gongs. And the 6,500-square-foot state’s interior houses not one but two living rooms should she run out of award space on her mantelpiece.

However, the living space isn’t just a great place for the star to display her trophies. With stars such as Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and Zoe Saldana just around the corner, the house is slap bang in the middle of a celebrity haven. And, thanks to this living area, Adele has no excuse not to host some showbiz gatherings.

While she’s sure to make some new friends here, Adele is also close to a treasured pal. Another of the area’s celebrity residents is The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence, who the singer has been firm friends with since 2013.

Known for their playful personalities, Adele and Lawrence are sure to have fun with some of the home’s features. For example, the garden features a tree house and a train set charming enough to unleash anyone’s inner child.

However, the backyard also features more sensible fixtures for the mature individual. Thanks to an outdoor swimming pool and grill, the garden is a prime location for pool parties. And there’s also a dog run for Adele to work out her adorable dachshund Louie.

Though the backyard is fitted for fun, it also has other features that help the singer unwind after a tour. Alongside the pool rests a spa that’s ideal for relaxation. Meanwhile, a gazebo and porch swing offer the opportunity for quiet contemplation out of the blistering California sun.

And from the outside alone, the Beverly Hills home seems like a great addition to Adele’s property portfolio. To wit, the star already has two townhouses in London and recently sold a $3.5 million beach property on the south coast of England.

Needless to say, though, the pad’s interior is just as gorgeous. Beginning with a two-story foyer, the home opens up into rooms fitted with quality wood decking floors and exposed beams on the ceiling. And certainly its rural decor nicely offsets the home’s urban location.

But while its rustic interiors give it an air of the antique, the estate is relatively modern. In fact, the building only dates back to 1977 and, as a result, comes equipped with many typical contemporary features. For example, the kitchen features access to a breakfast parlor as well as a family room.

While son Angelo will spend plenty of time playing in the family room, mom Adele will undoubtedly be busy working. Moreover, the house offers great spaces in which to focus, such as a library and an office. So there’s no excuse for the singer to stall writing a follow up to her diamond-selling 25.

Climbing the stairs to the second floor, meanwhile, takes us to the house’s ample selection of bedrooms. Numbering four in total, they come in all shapes and sizes. However, Adele and partner Simon Konecki’s bedroom is our favorite, if only for the intriguingly named “bonus room.”

In addition to its sizable spread of bedrooms, the mansion also features a healthy selection of bathrooms. All in all, the house has six of them. That’s one for every member of the Adkins-Konecki family, plus three more for friends who might spend the night.

But, obviously, its high concentration of celebrities makes Hidden Valley a target for the paparazzi as well as overzealous fans. Luckily, the home sits inside a gated community that has its own guardhouse, which should guarantee Adele some privacy.

Yet alhough she bought the house in 2016, Adele still hasn’t had time to properly move in to her new pad. Since February 2016 the star has been busy touring her latest album 25, giving her little opportunity to settle down. But, with an average of $650,000 earned per show, we doubt she’s complaining too much.

After all, while her touring commitments may currently have her “Rolling in the Deep,” Adele won’t be on the road much longer. And with its relaxing garden, spacious rooms and showbiz chums nearby, this house will certainly give her all the peace she needs after the tour ends.
