In November 2019 Kim took to Instagram Stories to talk about her love of M&Ms. Nothing unusual there, right? They’re delicious! Yet the reality television star doesn’t just eat the chocolate straight from the bag. In fact, she employs a very bizarre method prior to tucking into them at home.

Would you give it a go? Anyway, dietary reveals were clearly becoming something of a family tradition, as Kim’s sister Khloé had offered a peek into her kitchen a few years before that, too. Yes, in November 2015 she had shared a video via her YouTube channel that highlighted how she stored cookies in her kitchen. And it was quite a sight.

Incredibly, Khloé stacks her cookies in a circular pattern inside huge glass jars at home. As she notes in the video, she does this at the start of each month. Plus, it doesn’t take as long as you might think – no more than ten minutes according to the reality TV star. As for how people react, she shared a bit of intriguing insight.

Khloé tells the camera, “People find this fascinating when they come into my house, and they also think I am a sociopath [because] I take the time to do this once a month. But you know what? You say OCD [Obsessive Compulsive Disorder] is a disease, but I say it’s a blessing.”

Then, Khloé adds, “And people always ask do I replace [the cookies] every time someone eats one? No, I’m not crazy! I’m just organized every 30 days.” It definitely caught a lot of attention online, as the YouTube video earned more than 6.1 million views. Kourtney wrote, “Most mornings, I start things off with my cup of Collagen Vibes, which I helped formulate so it’s a brand that I know I can trust, ingredients-wise. I do it on an empty stomach for maximum benefits and kick-start my protein intake for the day. It has nine grams of protein in it.”

From there, Kourtney continued, “This not only helps me recover from workouts easier, but I’ve personally noticed a major difference in my skin, hair and nails due to the hyaluronic acid and vitamin C in this blend. It tastes so good.” Yet that’s not the only beverage she enjoys in the morning.

Baffling beverages

According to the website of magazine Women’s Health, Kourtney absolutely loves avocado smoothies, too. We’ll be seeing a lot more of that fruit as we progress! Anyway, the tasty drink contains the aforementioned item, as well as coconut milk and honey. Oh, and she’s also into matcha lattes. That’s quite a list.

Always be hydrating

Mind you, that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Kourtney’s drinks. You see, she prioritizes liquids across the entire day. As the TV star wrote on Poosh, “Hydration is key for me. I’m constantly sipping on something in an effort to never let myself get dehydrated.”

Fair enough. But what does Kourtney like to eat in the morning? Well, remember what we said about avocados? They’re up again. And there’s a good chance that you’ve never seen the fruit utilized like this before. Yep, the eldest Kardashian sister adores a helping of “avocado pudding” to aid her exercises at dawn.

Trust us, that’s not a typo! This bizarre creation is said to be protein-heavy, with the website Spoon University offering up the contents. Apparently, it’s made from a single avocado, half a cup of milk and separate tablespoons of “raw manuka honey” and cane sugar. It takes roughly ten minutes to put together.

Her morning staple

Unsurprisingly, Kourtney’s odd breakfast got the internet buzzing when she appeared in a YouTube video with TikTok sensation Addison Rae in 2020. People couldn’t believe their eyes. She says, “I’ve had this almost every day for about five years. I’m not kidding, literally five years. [But] you either love it or hate it.”

For some reason, that closing statement doesn’t really surprise us! So what else is on the menu for breakfast? Another one of Kourtney’s favorite dishes is oatmeal made from a pan. [But] more evidence-based studies need to be performed to understand short and long-term effects.” One thing is for sure, though – you’d be hard-pressed to name a weirder beverage.

On that bizarre note, let’s focus on Kim’s lunch regimen now. When she’s following a chiefly “plant-based” diet, she prepares dishes such as sweet potato hash, and chicken and spinach salad. The reality television superstar also drops avocado over the former to round it off. And she’s not afraid to mix things up.

Yes, People reported that there are days when Kim’s lunch consists of spicy chicken noodles, while on other occasions she eats turkey burgers. A nice variety, wouldn’t you agree? You see, at the start of 2020 Kim’s favored selection appeared in a McDonald’s advert titled Famous Orders.
